supamun's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- pride I drank some soya bean milk from isle cafe yesterday, because my favourite bandung was sold out. I usually get flatulence after consuming soya bean milk, but I got an excrutiatingly pain stomachache after that, followed by 5 or 6 bouts of diarhoea which is still ongoing. And just before dinner today I felt nauseous, and the decision to consult a GP and get an MC was an exceptionally tempting one in this circumstance, as I am going to book in in little more than an hour henceforth. However I have a mixture of professionalism, soldier's pride and just sheer arrogance (yea i am struggling with a pride issue here) which makes me not want to see the GP. If I consult the doctor and show my mc the next day people will say that I chao geng, which is an impression I do not want people to have of me. There are some people in camp who will not hesitate to shoot me down. I usually cannot be bothered to reason with them but I am afraid that others will buy their fib and cause my character to be assassinated. These people probably hate me because I disliked them and did not treat them nicely, so they will take any available opportunity to take me down. Ah, the carnal nature of man... On my part i will endeavour to treat people I dislike with more kindness, reminding myself that Jesus came down to save not the just, but the sinners, which we all are. Human relationships is not something I excel in. If i dislike someone it is very difficult for me to treat him normally. I need to work more in this area. I know that I should always e true to myslef and I only answer to god not man, but what do i do in this situation? i will be in camp till friday and will be unable to blog.
